What is MINSEN’s production facility and monthly capacity?
We operate a 7,000㎡ manufacturing facility with 200 employees and 8 production lines, producing up to 210,000 pieces per month.

We specialize in heavyweight, washed, and oversized apparel, including:

Product Development & Sampling
How does MINSEN support our brand’s product development?
Our team includes 4 designers and experienced pattern specialists, led by a senior designer with over 10 years at MINSEN. We assist with refining concepts, evaluating construction details, and preparing designs for production.
What are your sample development lead times?
- Sample Development: 7–12 working days.
- Sample Modification: 2–3 working days.
- Historical Reference: Over 2,000 historical samples across 3 dedicated sample rooms.
Materials, Washing & Quality Control
How do you handle fabric quality and pre-shrinking before cutting?
Before cutting, incoming fabrics are inspected for surface defects, yarn issues, weight consistency, color variation, pilling resistance, and edge condition. Standard fabrics undergo 8–12 hours of steam pre-shrinking (and up to 48 hours for special fabrics) to ensure dimensional stability.
What quality control procedures are applied during bulk production?
We enforce a multi-stage quality control process:
- Fabric Inspection: Checking raw materials before production.
- Cutting Inspection: Reviewing cut panels for accuracy before sewing.
- Sewing Inspection: Monitoring stitching accuracy, seam alignment, and workmanship during assembly.
- Finishing Inspection: Checking final appearance and measurements.
- 100% Final Inspection: Every finished garment undergoes a complete inspection before dispatch.
Shipping & Logistics
What shipping methods are available for samples and commercial orders?
- Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3–7 working days, suitable for samples and urgent orders.
- Air Freight: Faster delivery for larger commercial orders.
- Sea Freight: Efficient and cost-effective for larger production shipments.
- Rail & Road Shipping: Available for selected regional markets.
How are shipping costs calculated and confirmed?
Freight costs depend on transportation method, destination, shipment volume, weight, and current freight rates. An estimated cost is calculated upon order confirmation, and the final rate is re-confirmed prior to dispatch.
Who is responsible for destination customs duties and taxes?
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by MINSEN. Our team clarifies available shipping terms prior to dispatch so you clearly understand all included costs.
